Food is Great and the Owners and the Staff are awesome!! Very service/customer minded!
Food was good (when I finally got it, I got my food after the rest of the table were almost done). Service not so good. Checks were all wrong and it was hard to get drinks. Called early because we had a party of 12 coming and the last time they said calling before helped them out. When the first of our party got there and said we called in for a table for 12 they sat them at a table for 4 saying they would ask the people at the tables beside of us to move. If you want good food But horrible service this is the place to go. The last two times I have been there the service was absolutely Incompetent, orders were missing ( waiting and waiting on food) mixed up and given to the wrong person, then we had to wait and wait and beg for drinks, if that was not bad enough, at the end, most of our tickets were wrong, needless to say by the time we left we were frustrated. I would no longer recommend going there
The food is always great. We've never had anything bad, And the beer is always cold.... however we have been there several times and have never ever had good service they forget to turn in orders and then offer our appetizer after we've already gotten our meal, or just forget where they're at all we had to walk up to the bar and get our own beer. Went to th windy city on 411 an had a bowl of chille an Bubby he had a cup of chille two soft drinks an a grilled cheese chille was ok but not worth 20 Damn dollars WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN
The food was really good. Some of it was cold other’s was hot. However the worst part was the service. She only came to take our order and give us the check. We actually had to get and ask for a refill and more ranch because she never came back to us. Worst part is they were not that busy. Most of the service staff stood in a little pod In the back of the restaurant. We also ordered cheeses sticks and never got them. The was the first time and the last time will be back.
I went there for the first time yesterday and got the O’Leary burger . Very hot but very good. A great gourmet burger for sure .
