I recently needed repairs on my roof, and Windy City Flat Roof LLC came through the same day. Ricky and his crew were incredibly responsive, professional, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The crew worked efficiently and left the area clean when they were done. Best of all, the price was very fair. I’m so relieved to have the leak fixed quickly.

I strongly advise against hiring Windy City Flat Roof Inc. Despite signing a contract with Ricky for a high-quality materials, they substituted them with inferior, low-cost products that were never agreed upon. This was a clear breach of contract and a blatant attempt to cut corners at my expense. After receiving payment, their communication became virtually nonexistent.
