Put a 2000$ cash deposit for a clutch replacement on truck a monthly ago. Got a phone over a week ago. Saying there mechanic is unable to work and they cannot do the job. Still waiting on my refund and will not answer my calls.
Horrible experience lack of communication doesn't wanna answer your phone calls when you're truck is inside their shop for 2 weeks when it was always supposed to be three days. Service was done incorrect Oil and anifreeze coming out after I left i never had any of those before I took it to them . won't answer phone calls after they got payment to fix problem. Stay away from this shop unless you want your truck back with more problems ..
Had Windy City change out my factory grid heater on my 6.7 Cummins with the Banks Monster Ram, bigger boost tubes, Banks 5in exhaust from cat back. And put a Banks air box on. They were very commutative answered every question I had. They even called Banks themselves to make sure everything was going to be correct before I ordered it. Could beat the price they charged very very reasonable in my opinion. Thanks guys got some more stuff in my Banks shopping cart for you to put on soon.
They really helped me out in the shop and go my diesel bus up and running in a day! Anytime I'm having an issue I can call and get some help as I'm working through repairs! Thanks yall!
Just had my ford diesel truck repaired and they took care of my like a VIP It is my work truck and they got me in right away so I could get back on the road . Best service and just good people and great prices 5
