The one star goes for Dr Huda, she is really great. The receptionists are equally bad, extremely rude, just want to finish their work as soon as they are in.Their walk-in means taking appointment for the following week since they say always booked, when I was there previously only 1 person was sitting to see the doctor, still no appt given to any one walking in. This clinic has staff that are inefficient and irresponsible at the expense of their patients. They are Rav, Louisse and Pam. For the record my Dr. Al-Zubaidi was ok but if the receptionist and other receptionist/staff are liers saying that the request was faxed and after 1 month then 2 months of my follow up, the ph no. was given to me. Upon calling the cardiologist and pulmonary testing center there was no fax received.That clinic called them and called me back saying they really did not faxed. The receptionists are rude and unprofessional. They shouldn’t be asking overly personal questions, and at the very least should have the common decency to say goodbye at the end of a phone call instead of just hanging up. Only reason I'm not looking to go somewhere else at this time is because I like the Dr. But advice would be hire new friendly front desk or give them training on how to treat patients.
