This place is a nightmare! You can hear everything your neighbors upstairs and across the hall are doing. They had constant maintenance issues, and the repairs were never done properly. We went almost two years with a leaking toilet that was never fixed because no one could figure out the problem. In the end, we ended up with water damage and a fixed toilet 2 years later.
