Amazing and very helpful She was so kind and very helpful when i did an application, help me with the questions i didn't understand, and just was really welcoming hoping i get a unit soon for me and my kids i would love to live here

Poor maintenance worker don't know how to do his job My fiance has lived in the apartment for 9 years I've lived there for 3 years and ever since I've been there we've been asking him for a faucet and still have not got one I have fixed everything that's been tore up in that apartment he's lazy and you need a new maintenance supervisor because he does not know what he's doing.

iow income apt The best low income apt in la Grande Or. The apt has onsite washers and dryers. It also has a playground.

High Valley Estates, Klamath Falls, OR The manager lives on the property, which is a good thing, actually. He is very helpful, takes great care of the units, and does not allow any questionable behavior that disturbs other neighbors. The units are inspected about twice a year for maintenance and housekeeping purposes, and if in violation, you are in violation of your lease, and can lose your apartment. Animals are allowed if there is a doctor's note that says that you need the animal for medicinal reasons. So, there are cats... read more
