Great experience! Came in for post-op pain- active release therapy with Dr. Dilan has truly hepled with the pain I was expecting. He really took his time to listen and assess what was gling on with my body. So glad I found Windward Wellness and Dr. Dilan.
Dylan was awesome. He found areas using ART, but I didn’t know existed. Feeling much better today
Stephanie was really terrific. She quickly assessed what might work to reduce my chronic pain and used a technique that I had not experienced before that provided prompt and significant pain relief. I’m grateful for this treatment.
