I highly recommend Windward Wellness and Dr. Hill! Dr. Hill is a true healer and has helped me on many occasions with both chronic and acute pain. She helped me tremendously with overwhelming knee pain and limited movement that had persisted for months. Great experience! Came in for post-op pain- active release therapy with Dr. Dilan has truly hepled with the pain I was expecting. He really took his time to listen and assess what was gling on with my body. So glad I found Windward Wellness and Dr. Dilan.
Dylan was awesome. He found areas using ART, but I didn’t know existed. Feeling much better today
