I always leave feeling that I have had a thorough vision checkup and fully understand the doctor’s diagnosis or recommendations. When I need to purchase eyewear, there is an excellent variety to select from and the associates are very helpful and trained to ensure that it fits comfortably.

Awesome customer service with Lei and Dr. Uchida was great too, fun, talkative, and very funny.
My yearly eye appointment is usually nothing really special. However todays visit was really awesome. Dr Machida took time to explain my eye exams . This really impressed me. It made me feel connected. I felt like he cared about me as a person. I appreciate all the workers at this office. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Best eye appointment ever.
I highly recommend Windward Vision Center in Kaneohe! I have been going there for eye exams for the last six years. I have always received great care. And a special mahalo nui loa to Dr Hironaga and staff for my recent visit there.
