My husband hit his head on a tree branch while we were hiking nearby, and we came to Windward Urgent Care with his hat soaked in blood. We were stressed and worried, the lady at the front desk was calm, kind and friendly. The doctor gently cleaned the wound, checked it thoroughly, and applied a bandage, told us these are only scratches, no further check is necessary, we didn’t even need to pay! Uncrowded, very nice Doctor helped me and made it easy.
Heartless. I'm honestly shocked the woman working at the front desk is allowed to work in healthcare. She had no compassion and was rude. I was crying with a limb child in my arms asking to see the doctor (there was 30 min before closing and NOBODY in the waiting room) and she told me we couldn't be seen because there was already a patient in the back. She went on to describe the severity of that child's lacerations and wounds (which I think breaks HIPPA??) She obviously just wanted to make sure they were out the door by 7pm... read more

Only giving one star because I am forced to. Yesterday 10/6 we took my son to the Urgent because he had a fever for a couple days, but woke up crying 10/6 due to his ear hurting. We were seen pretty quickly, however, we were given antibiotics but told to it was a bacterial infection and to wait 10 days. If the fever is still there after 10 days then to start the antibiotics.
