I visited Windward Urgent Care on Tuesday, April 21 for concerning symptoms. I clearly described them to the provider, but my concerns were brushed off with what felt like a lazy and dismissive attitude. I was sent home without adequate evaluation or follow-up instructions. Unfortunately, my symptoms worsened, and just two days later I had to go to the ER, where I received the care and attention I needed. I had a really bad pain and it took 30 minutes ro do everything and get my prescription. So grateful! Dr Miscovich
They were very helpful, friendly, and quick. Saw the doctor and got a prescription in less than an hour. I would give five stars but I gave them one star last time... My original review in 2024: I tried to bring my daughter here. It was about 10 minutes before closing. They saw us coming and ran to lock the door
