Be very careful when considering buying here. HOA is VERY corrupt! They have mismanaged funds and are now expecting the homeowners to fund their bad decisions!!! They charged all of us homeowners for a loan they took out for "major repairs," and then didn't appropriate the funds for the repairs. Somehow, the board members began driving brand new Mercedes Benz's and then took on a new property management company right afterwards!!!
