Never rent or buy here. Dealing with the HOA is a nightmare. We rented here, and what an awful experience it has been. The closet doors fell down which could have killed our young children, the ceiling leaks, the back room regularly fills with rainwater, the electric sockets are faulty, and so on. When we asked for these problems to be fixed, we had to contact a lawyer in order to get the HOA to act. We wish someone would have warned us about just how horrible this place is.
