I am writing this review to express my profound dissatisfaction with my ownership at Windward Passage Resort and the management, Vacation Resorts International. I have been a loyal owner for over 40 years, consistently paying my maintenance fees annually. Despite this four decades of commitment, I have only visited the resort four times, including the initial visit when the unit was purchased.
