DO NOT DO IT. If I could put zero stars I would. I spent 4 years at this damn place and if I could have left sooner I would have. I never stepped foot in the pool or gym. I don't even know what it looks like behind the club house. Just awful upkeep of the entire community and it definitely does not help their roach problems. The work it took to keep my entire apartment free of roaches was HELL. On top of that, raccoons moving into the roofs and causing havoc and holes which led to leaks. First to start when we moved in we noticed the washer and dryer was from the 1970s. When using my husband notice we were breathing in carbon monoxide due to the dryer exhaust not even hooked up to dryer. Dryer was always breaking never worked for the whole 2 years we live there. Loads of friendly little German cockroaches all over the Apartment my husband had to change the from door lock screws were literally hanging out anyone could have easily broke in there was a half way house in the apartment above us 7 people in a one ... read more

Just some of the things I see from my door cam. This entire complex is repulsive. No one respects anyone or anything around here. Trash is scattered everywhere all the time. No important issues are handled. Impossible to reach anyone in the office. Very unprofessional. The entire garbage situation is disgusting. Kids are left outside unattended to and tearing things up. No respect. I wouldn’t live here again for free!!!
