I been here since last year September. My door wasn’t painted or the correct locks on my apartment door. I have big roaches 🪳 coming out the pipes . My house is super clean . The kitchen sink under fell in, the soap bar in the shower fell on my son head. Paying months up for rent and getting poor quality sucks here . My Lanlord is amazing it’s just the work that was so call was fix before moving in is bad. I been sticking with it from day 1.

I cannot even provide one star. Rental amount owed does not show up so that a payment can be scheduled. Impossible to contact the property manager or even leave a message. No email address is provided. Voice mailbox always full. Place is poorly managed by the Association AND the company serving the tenants. Place is rundown, cannot recommend as there are far better places costing much less.

Horrible place to leave ! Mold has grown all over my sofa, chairs, countertops, shoes and augesto in the office stated to have it cleaned. Signs posted everywhere they are in violation with the city for not keeping up with codes. Horrible place to life renters beware!!!!!!!!!!! Rent office does not care. It’s MOLD IN THE APTS CHEAP ISNT ALWAYS BETTER. I would give zero stars but that is not an option.

Take a step back, observe the roofs on these buildings, and count how many times they have been patched. In my opinion, these persistent leaks have created a dangerous situation where inhabitants could be crushed. Do not reside here. Note as well, in my opinion, the spalling concrete in the stairwells. Who allowed this? What was the plan? Replace the roofs completely, and check for serious structural damage.

Morei de 2012 ate 2015, no inicio era tudo lindo, piscina ativa, academia e quadras, quando começou a ficar a merda que é hoje eu pulei fora. As vezes passo em frente e entro no estacionamento so pra ver, e é de assustar a situaçao. Nada do que esta escrito nos outros comentarios é mentira ou exagerado.
