Amazing staff!! My husband & i were so pleased with their wonderful costumer service && left with the truck of our dreams!!! I definitely recommend you guys to go, they really are for the people!! Ask for Austin or Rensen!! Those guys will work && work until your happy! Once again thank you guys for our new cherokee, we love it!
I will never have my truck here for service again. I scheduled my appointment and it still took them 6 hours to do a hour and a half job. The service dept didn't even open at the correct time...
Service department at Walker Dodge Ram in Alexandria,La is a joke... Worst customer service ever!!!!!! Gets worse every time I have to come in

Im not good at these kind of things but felt the NEED to share my beyond amazing experience. I came in looking for a bigger vehicle that was safe, reliable, and most importantly could tow my horse. I've never had such a great time buying a car before. If you're in the market for a new vehicle go see Frank Perrelli. Actually made buying a car enjoyable.
If I could rate a -100 on a scale of 1 to 5, I would. The sc Dept kept my Jeep for 3 1/2 weeks, let my battery drain to DEAD, promising me a loaner car every day only to tell me a bogus problem that they couldn't repair. I wouldn't let them fix a piece of bubble gum if it fell out of it's wrapper!
Awful service department all around. My fiance leased her first vehicle from there a little over a year ago and at 10,000 miles started to have transmission problems. I work for one of the big 3 and I know my way around cars. We have had her Patriot in there 3 times in the last 2 weeks. First time the car would start but wouldn't drive they had it for a week and said they fixed it.
