Great place to do business
I called from an auto shop, regarding a hard-to-find and expensive part we needed for a jeep job in process. The lady who answered the Parts Department must have been having a bad morning. I noticed her mood immediately upon her answer of my call and felt sympathy, so I tried to go out of my way to be extra nice and provide all the information she needed. We went to Windward Hyundai looking for a new van for our growing family. We ended up leaving with a new Dodge Ram 1500! I felt that everyone at this dealership was extremely helpful, and they were not pushy in the least. Oscar was our salesman. He was extremely patient with us and our 2 children. Dave the finance guy knew exactly what he was doing. He explained different scenarios in ways that we could understand them in regards to how credit works and what our options were.
