Bought a gold necklace for my wife's birthday, but as they did not have her size they said it would take 4-6 weeks for delivery, which we were fine with. However after leaving we were called and told that the delivery would take as long as 4 months. I called and requested that they refund 70% of the purchase price as a 30% deposit would be sufficient. Bought a Hawaiian pendant, reasonably price for it. Remember, everything in Hawaii is expensive and priced around the same. Check and make you are getting what you think you are buying...price around, make sure it is solid gold.

We found the wedding band of our dreams here! Summary: All other companies said no can do, Gold Mart ohana said yes we can! Never felt pushed or pressured. Incredibly helpful, local family-owned company. Worth the cost. Since our engagement, I had dreamed of an heirloom design but with a personal twist (a flower from his home country).
