My experience has been 1headache after another. From day 1 of moving in the bathtub was supposed to be resurfaced, 1 year later this has never happened. The water that goes down my kitchen sink comes up through my dishwasher, 1 yr later still happening. The unit upstairs had a leak, for 10 days I had wet carpet, Management would not replace carpet.
