The worse, they do not even deserve the one star, maybe a half star for just opening the doors in the morning! I was overcharged 6 -8 hours on a questionable repair (it was questionable if it was needed) done by the new owner of Windward Ford in Kailua HI, service department. I have had this verified by 2 independent repair services. I was billed 8 hours for a repair that by industry standards should have taken 2.5 hours tops. I saw a great deal on their website for an internet price on a small truck. Everything including the price was just the way I thought it would be and the salesperson was very nice who took the time to understand my budget and my needs. All of their used cars have a 30 day exchange so I felt very comfortable taking my new baby home. I would definitely recommend Mckenna's for their laid back, no pressure approach. Geat website too!
