I am extremely frustrated with the service I received. I dropped my car off for an oil change, and after picking it up, I had to drive 45 minutes back to the dealership the very same day because the oil service reminder had not been reset and the oil change sticker had not been replaced. I had multiple issues with my Jeep Cherokee and had to work with Seth over the span of about a month to get things figured out. He was very professional, helpful, and easy to get ahold of. I felt like he took great care of me and the vehicle. I highly recommend this service center and ask for Seth if you can.

Went in for some recall and warranty work. Long story short, they made the appointment with me over the phone, knew EXACTLY what I was coming in for, and when I do come in, they tell me they won't do ANY recall/warranty work and turn me away. They claimed their mechanics are unable to take photos for warranty work and outright refused to take another Jeep on recall work. A day later, they contact me to say I was a no show. I had a great experience with these professionals. My car decided to die on me, so I took it into Windward Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram - Service Center in Kaneohe. From the start I was greeted with smiles and a willingness to help. They were able to diagnose and fix my car problem that day. I was back on the road in no time. I highly recommend these guys.
