Do not order windows from them, its drama after drama dealing with them. We paid a hefty price for windows and sliding doors for a duplex build with these guys, first when they wanted to deliver, they said its too heavy we have to help them in the delivery. Then when they finally delivered, none of the glass had protective film on them which is a standard industry practice to ensure the glass doesnt get dirty during the build, then we realized a lot of the doors delivered didnt even have glass on them, so we had to call them... read more
My windows and doors are very old and in bad shape. The fact that nothing is square didn’t deter these guys. They were quick, clean, very nice people and the outcome is great. I know have windows and screen doors that not only work, but look great as well. Thank you.

Extremely disappointing experience. What we were told would take 6-8 weeks took 16, with appalling customer service and client care during that time. Renovations are stressful enough without being constantly given "excuses" for why your job is not complete, or even a due date for completion. And when the window was finally delivered, it was damaged. I simply cannot recommend this company. For a family business in the service industry, my expectations are much higher.
