If you’re looking for an apartment complex that values there residents and takes care of them and reasonable charges on rent. You’ll have to keep looking. My rent has gone up 400$ in the past 3 years while they continue to not properly exterminate or do any need maintenance. When I have brought it to the attention of the property manager they refuse to a knowledge their part as care takers of the community and will not renegotiate lease agreements and make the resident pay to leave the lease early.

It’s been 3months and still haven’t fixed it. Leak from ceiling and then had a AC Leak that damaged the sheet rock. The people who came to fix the sheet rock by the AC still left microbial growth on sheet rock (Possibly mold). It shouldn’t be our jobs to remind the staff/managers to schedule to fix this. We reminded them 3-4 times. Either this is retaliation from the staff or they just don’t care for the residents. I don’t know how it’s almost 3 stars.
