Look at this beef, they tried to scam me from the start. Tried giving me 108 lbs of beef from 430 lb hanging weight. They looked for about 20 minutes and finally came out of the freezer with some more of my beef. Still tried to tell me that was all I got. Not much I could do at that point so I left. They called me back and said oh we found the rest of your beef in a different freezer and you can see from the picture that it’s obviously not from the same beef. SCAM SCAM SCAM

WE BOUGHT A 1600 lb. Cow from my cousin. She was raised from a calf and grass fed with no antibiotics or steroids. It took forever for processing.over 3 months. Went and picked up the meat and was handed a piece of paper that was a cut sheet. Went home and we divided the meat between 4 people. We weighed the meat and each person received less than 80 lbs per person. We didn’t thing that was right so I called my cousin who has had many cows processed and he said that was way off. If I could leave a negative response I would. They're dishonest. I delivered a 1600 lb cow to them and got back just over 400 lbs of beef. I called them about it and basically got called a liar. Then they told me that the cow had big bones. I have had several beef cows processed at other places. I've always seen about a 40% loss in finished weight after processing. I wish I could give this company more than 5 stars! Always professional, very high quality meats and products and the team/ family goes out of their way to make sure everyone has the best experience!
