RecommendedStart of my second season at Windswept, changed slips this year. The new slip only had a tiny finger dock, which would have been tough for my wife and 2 little kids. Marina manager Rob said he would have it widened for me. In in less than 2 weeks I had a new dock! A+++ customer service!
Spent the 2017 season docked here and it was great. Marina manager Rob, made my first season with a new boat a great experience. Windswept went above and beyond with any requests I made though out the season. Looking forward to 2018!
Need John back.... One of the worst moves this marina has ever made is having him leave.... Pretty much the beginning of the end for this marina....
I was traveling from R.I. to NJ and broke down. Rob on his vacation took 2hrs to work with me on the phone and sent one of his techs to help me out. I can't possible say enough about Rob and his staff. High integrity, High quality people that really care about doing a job well and helping people.
They have to be the friendliest people I've ever met
