After building 2 new homes in the last 10 years, I expected to have the normal problems with Holiday Builders in Freeport, FL. I was not prepared for how horrible they could do. During our pre-drywall meeting, I pointed out major code violations such as electrical wiring contacting truss plates and exposed nails, structural studs being split or half gone, nothing being on 16 or 24 o.c. and exterior walls not being tied together properly. We've been here for two years in Windswept Estates and we're very happy with our beautiful Holiday Builders home that we were fortunate to build on the golf course - that is an easy drive to the beach. We enjoyed the professionalism we encountered with the builder and construction manager and the continued communication from the sales team as well as the end result of a quality home.
