Pick up and drop off was convenient as the van was left at the airport. Guys seemed nice on the phone. Unfortunately, that’s about the only positive. The van had body damage on both sides. One side was missing the black molding. The passenger window rattled like it was going to fall out. The lighter/charger worked intermittently then stopped working completely so we were unable to charge our phones. One of the rear seats was missing a headrest. One with a broken seatbelt.
