Just rude and obnoxious. Basically accused me of getting a “fake” fire rated door when they couldn’t source one for me. They couldn’t possibly imagine a world in which somebody else could get ahold of something that they couldn’t.
I contacted this establishment twice to place an order for front door hardware and new doors, but unfortunately, I did not receive any assistance or a return call. Perhaps the business is under new management?
I've ordered all of my doors and windows with WindStar and had such a great experience with everyone. I have to say in particular though, their installers are SO nice. Just the friendliest, hard-working guys. Would highly recommend - and if I do another remodel, I'll use them again!
