Our sliding door's mortise style handle set was broken. We went to several stores and didn't get the problem fixed. Finally at WindStar Windows & Doors, our problem was solved perfectly. Kevin was very nice and helpful. Highly recommended! Thank you so much, WindStar!

Its been along time since I've experienced such professionalism. Kevin and his crew came out and took precise measurement of my doors. He had great suggestions and explained things in great detail. The installers came out a couple of weeks later. They where organized, clean and very respectful. I'll be sure to call Windstar when I'm ready to replace my windows!

I have continually called this company to get a window replaced, and they offer no help. Apparently, they make enough money and they don’t need mine. They do not return phone calls. They seem uninterested in doing business. I will contact another company that is genuinely interested in doing business.

Just rude and obnoxious. Basically accused me of getting a “fake” fire rated door when they couldn’t source one for me. They couldn’t possibly imagine a world in which somebody else could get ahold of something that they couldn’t.

I contacted this establishment twice to place an order for front door hardware and new doors, but unfortunately, I did not receive any assistance or a return call. Perhaps the business is under new management?
