Scott and his crew were very professional and maintained updates on their schedule which was very important for us to work around. Five stars for Windstar Roofing in Rockdale, Texas. I had my roof on San Jacinto redone with Owens Corning Duralast shingles in Brownwood. Windstar also removed all the old style "whirly bird" vents and installed a modern ridge vent which greatly improves efficiency. They had a large crew which showed up on time and immediately went to work; 12 hours later, my new roof was installed and the old one carted away. I opted for optional gutters near the entrance to the front and rear.
Windstar installed new gutters on my home. They did a great job at a reasonable price. Scott is easy to talk to and did everything on time.
I was fighting with my insurance a few years from ice storm damage and Scott Starnes helped out a lot. He got me to file an extention. Initially the insurance wanted to cover half my roof. I have a small house behind my main house and the insurance finally agreed to cover both thanks to Scott's diligence. Windstar repaired damaged areas and gave me a great warranty on my roof at a great price. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards like they were never there. I am pleased with my roof, it looks beautiful!
