I had a recent electrical problem that shut down my pool pump and heater. Unfortunately I discovered the problem the night before we were having a party and the pool was full of debris and not as warm as I would have liked. Just after 7:00pm I called Windstar and left a message. To my pleasant surprise, I received a call within a 1/2 hour and explained my situation. Things only got better from there.
