This has been my go to florist for my mother who lives in Delaware. I live in Michigan and work at a flower shop myself so it’s always hard to send some thing to a loved one not knowing the quality that she’s going to receive. I have been thrilled with every arrangement that my mother has gotten. Not only are they brightening her day but the quality and customer service is 100%. I highly recommend. Thank you for taking such good care of my mom.
I ordered my wedding flowers, centerpieces and bouquets. They were great! Just what I wanted plus more. I would highly recommend Windsor Flowers. Delivered to my home as well as the church. Easy to work with.

Update: The first arrangement for me was corrected. The 2nd arrangement that I placed for delivery, was a huge disappointment as that isn't what I ordered. Tried to resolve the situation with owner Jenifer, but she came to the meeting with her mind already made up. She said she saw the arrangement after it was made and thought it was beautiful.
