I hear alot of good things
The landlord of the house we currently rent decided to put it up for sale which put us in quite a predicament. So like all renters out there, we had to start looking for a new place. We never thought that trying to find a nice, safe place to live would be so impossible. We don't have perfect credit which is why we don't own a home but that doesn't make us bad people. Fantastic experience from start to finish. The landlords representative Colin, was great. Friendly, easygoing, very knowledgeable and patient. From showing the house, to explaining everything about renting or the property. Replied quickly to texts, calls or emails.
