I lived at Legends for over a year with no problems, but my experience at this property has been completely different. Despite being advertised as a smoke-free community, marijuana smoke began seeping into my apartment in August and continued into September, often strong enough that I felt secondhand effects. We moved here over the summer and really love this community. The staff is friendly and helpful, and maintenance is quick to get any requests resolved. The grounds are beautiful, and I love walks around the pond in the early morning, especially in the summer months. There's also coffee available 24/7! Love that.
