PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE CHEAPER RENT TRAP!! I started my lease almost 3 months ago and our neighbors upstairs have been making all kinds of loud noises throughout the day from 7 AM until 3 AM.More over the management will try to convince you that whatever problems you are facing are normal. So if you want to lease here please be ready to say goodbye to your night's sleep and be ready to hear that whatever you are facing is normal.
We just moved here and within the 6 months of living here someone had the time to steal my catalytic converter in a so called safe and private neighborhood overnight and didn’t get caught. I called the police this morning to file a report and was told that I wasn’t the only one this happened. These guys here only care if you’re parked here with permission. Money is the priority before safety.
