I wouldn’t even give this place a one star!!! WARNING ; do not move into these apartments if you are a responsible tenant. Don’t expect to get help if you have a pipe burst in your wall. I had three inches of water through out my whole apartment. I also had a broken foot and tried contacting the manager and the corporate office manager. It was an emergency and no one got back to me until the next morning. They won’t give you a direct emergency number. This is the best place I’ve lived! Whenever I put in a maintenance request, they come the next day to take care of it. This came as such as a surprise due to previously places I’ve lived it was impossible to even get a reply. My neighbors are friendly. I feel totally safe here. Can’t beat the price. Great neighborhood. Beautiful apartment.

Having lived in this apartment complex during this past year, I saw the management change hands. If Kim were still in charge I'd certainly give a five-star rating, but not now. Kim kept the hallways spotless, the landscape impeccable, and made sure that all tenants adhered to the rules; in short, everything was neat and orderly under her.
