Maria, Karla, and Danny are a great team. They are all professional, easy to communicate with, and make every effort to resolve any problems.
The staff are always quick to assess any problems, and have very noticeably changed the complex for the better. Compared to other complexes around here, Lana is a gem

Management is trash and will do anything to get money out of you. They will charge you rent and give you an eviction after you are already moved out. They do not ever answer there phones and when they do they hang up on you. I lived here for three years and nobody ever came out to fix any of the problems that the apartment had. Ac was always broken, dishwasher never worked and leaked. They let there maintenance guy get away with anything he wants. He will walk into your apartment without permission and without knocking.
The new manager is a huge upgrade from the previous one. The head maintenance man and a helper broke into my apartment while my wife was home working, when she confronted them all they did was laugh and walk away. When I brought it up to the manager at the time ( this was months ago ) she flat out called me a liar, we made a police report and left it at that.
