Wont allow online purchase of tick medicine. Also spoke with receptionist on phone about getting the tick medicine even though I missed my appointment and rescheduled. She told me yes, to come in and get it. Drove all the way there and was told no I could not get it. Lots of other frustrations over the years but this was the last. Would not recommend them.

Always very caring. Been taking family pets there for years and will continue too. And they always offer options and estimates before doing any tests etc.
