I was seen almost immediately upon arrival. The staff were personable and knowledgeable. The fact that it is connected to the hospital allowed for my x-ray to be read by a radiologist quickly. This was very advantageous even though there were limits as to what could be done on site since it was a sports injury.
Very fast, efficient patient care. I felt seen and heard and had an overall pleasant experience from check in to out. Thank you for the great patient centered care.
