I was there with my spouse, and waited in the waiting room as my spouse got looked at. This review is more so for the WAY they do things. The waiting room is a small room, and I could hear EVERY questions asked. Personal questions as people were at the window. There were 4 people and all seemed very nervous to voice their personal symptoms (flare ups, rashes, intimate areas etc.) out loud to a room full of people listening. Blonde Ladies at Front Are Very Rude, Lied About A ‘5 minute grace period’ Since My Uber Brought Me 8 Minutes Late. No Where At All Does The Site Say Anything About A 5 Minute Grace Period. -10 Stars if I Could For Refusal Of Service and Waste of Money On A Ride To My Appointment.
These people are like the best! My baby girl was going crazy with fussiness- I made an appointment the. Somehow it got canceled on my drive there, I called right away and they were able to get my back on even though there wasn’t any appointments anymore, my baby girl did had an ear infection so I was so lucky to have come to such an amazing group of people that cared for her and got her the Medina she needed. 🩷🩷🩷
