Website said I could walk in, no wait. So I walked in, waiting room completely empty. Receptionist said I need an appointment and they were all booked for the day. Beyond frustrating because the Santa Rosa urgent care was a 2+ hour wait. I can't leave the Providence network soon enough. Completely incompetent.

The doctors,nurses, staff here are excellent. Very kind,helpful and understanding. Always a clean and comfortable environment. 10/10 highly recommend.
