They were amazing! Set up my appointment so fast on the phone (same day) and made it so easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful! I can honestly say it was the fastest and best experience I’ve had at an urgent care clinic.
Hi! Daughter of one of the previous reviews (with bronchitis). Not only did the doctor not do anything after listening to my chest, I told her that I have been vomiting all meals because of continuous coughing. She did nothing. Was wheezing for air while she was listening to my breathing, doc did nothing.
My daughter and I came in bc she had been coughing like crazy for about 5 days. The good thing - we had no appt but they were able to get us in due to a cancellation. Check in was efficient. The bad - they said my daughter’s cough was nothing and told us to get robutussen and throat lozenges. She continued to cough like crazy and went to another urgent care where she lives. They took a chest xray and diagnosed her with bronchitis. Really? You missed bronchitis? Would not recommend this place to anyone.
I'm very impressed with the service I received. When I got there, no one was seated in the waiting room. In five minutes after checking in, I was sent to a patient room. The doctor came to see me in about 10 minutes. She assessed me, was caring about my concerns, and prescribed me antibiotics. The rest of the medical staff is friendly and nice. I'll recommend this clinic to my friends. Thanks Again!! 😊
I was so sick, I could barely walks I arrived to my appointment 30 minutes early and they refused to check me in early. I had to sit there for 30 minutes to even check in, how unprofessional.
