I've been a tenant for 5 years now. The first 1.5 years were great under the original owner and staff. Since then,Rowan "property management" has taken over. An evolving eye sore to the beautiful surrounding community. Read your lease agreement very carefully. You won't believe your eyes. Beware of the slumlords....

I would not rent with this company. We had an appointment scheduled to view a townhome with an agent named Katie. Apparently, we did not confirm our appointment in time so Katie decided to not show up despite the townhome people assuring us the appointment was still on and Katie was on her way. We called her and she said she had decided to just not show up. There seems to be a lack of communication and customer service experience in this establishment which is a major red flag. I’m not a tenant but I think it’s fair to leave reviews as a person who toured. We did not go with these townhomes because we just didn’t see ourselves living here and other reasons. When we arrived to the showing, the lady showing it to us didn’t really give us any information, she was answering phone calls back to back rather than paying attention to potential tenants. Decent place but it also appears that I would honestly have a little bios opinion on it considering I've done work here recently. Plus I rarely give a perfect 5 star rating so keep that in mind too.
