Windsor terrace is a great place to live. It's a small community and everyone I have met while living here seems very nice. Dina in the office is amazing. She is very understanding and prompt with her responses. Also, as far as maintenance is concerned.. Brian is great. When submitting maintenance requests on the portal, Brian is usually out within a day or two to address the issue. If you aren't home, he leaves a little card with what he fixed and a bag of popcorn! The office manager Dina is so kind and helpful! Brian in maintenance is prompt and accommodating! He does a great job and even leaves cute little notes and a snack when he visits for a maintenance call! Great place to live!
Scheduled appointment for a showing. Arrived 15 mins early and checked it out until our appointment time. No one around for leasing staff, called with no answer. Would hate to be a renter there and not get any response in an emergency, got the information I need about the place based off no responses.
The yearly rent increases were higher than any apartment I've ever lived in. A couple friends were forced out when the rent went up $500 over 4 years. Would be a great place to live if they didn't bleed people dry.
