Horrible management never answers the phone never in the office never takes care of any problems you can never Park in your own spot never ever move here
At one point in time (5 to 10 years back) I had one of the top liked reviews for this apartment complex. Management has somehow gotten it removed from google. I have no idea how they did this however I wish to provide people with a heads up about this complex. My ac didn't work it would get close to 100 degrees inside in the summer. They refused to repair it. Drugs were done by the other members of the community openly and deals were done right in the parking lot. The odor of said drugs would come through the walls. Never fixed things charged me so much for cleaning carpets, charged me over 5k when I moved out
Terrible townhouse complex to live, they allow anyone and everyone to move in with no restrictions, terrible upkeep or maintenance care, they are careless about tenants with health issues, ect, unprofessional and unorganized, office management is never in office hours directed/listed, black mold on and out everywhere, they cover it up by painting over it, patching over it, carpeting over it, putting new roof over it, ect, very reckless of a company and or management, random break ins in vehicles and storage units of apartmen... read more
No rent any apartment to this place...they abuse of the tenants .they have in office a Mexican lady that do illegal letter to force tenant to leave the apartments before the lease end.her name is Nathalie.
