Terrible townhouse complex to live, they allow anyone and everyone to move in with no restrictions, terrible upkeep or maintenance care, they are careless about tenants with health issues, ect, unprofessional and unorganized, office management is never in office hours directed/listed, black mold on and out everywhere, they cover it up by painting over it, patching over it, carpeting over it, putting new roof over it, ect, very reckless of a company and or management, random break ins in vehicles and storage units of apartmen... read more
No rent any apartment to this place...they abuse of the tenants .they have in office a Mexican lady that do illegal letter to force tenant to leave the apartments before the lease end.her name is Nathalie. No renten a esas personas hay hay Gente que abusan de los inquilinos illegal mente .una secretary llamada Natalie rompe contratos a los inquilinos de manera illegal.
Management has switched 3 times in the past year and a half. Staff remains the same as if they are just switching company names maintenance upkeep is terrible organization in payment is terrible you might find yourself in court in error for it to later be dismissed.
