The worst. Don’t recommend. Very unprofessional. I went to them when they were Steve’s Auto after my car was damaged in an auto accident. They had my car for weeks and never informed me they moved to another location and they were very nonchalant about it. I wasn’t able to reach anyone by phone for weeks, it wasn’t until I went down there that I found out that they moved. That’s the first thing that was wrong. Very fair and honest people. I went to 3 shops between East Hartford and Hartford and they all tried to PERSUADE me to go through insurance, quoting me $5700+... But when I came to Windsor St Auto, I was quoted LESS THAN HALF of what other shops quoted me. Work was done FAST and the work is immaculate.
They do a very good job. Just not good at follow up..But, the work is superior. I would use them again and again.
