Windsor South Apt Lived at this location for several years. Great location and place. Just make sure you do everything by the book when you plan to move because they act like used car salesman.
A great place to live in Windsor south apartments in northeast Minneapolis was my home for 3.5 years. I absolutely loved the place!The management staff is great, very helpful and polite. All issues, some that I didn't even notice myself in the apartment were fixed in time. The apartment is close to grocery, clinic, shopping , banks and restaurants. The locality is quite and safe and the neighbors are nice and friendly. Agreed its an older construction, but they are renovating many units. I highly recommend the place :)
