I lived there for THREE YEARS and the first 1 1/2 year was okay I like they people in the office nice and respectful and would help you with anything you needed help with BUT WHEN THEY STARTED GETTING NEW PEOPLE it was like they didn’t care about nobodies safety ALL THEY WANTED WAS THE MONEY AND THE lady that’s over all this is VERY RUDE and she never in the office I had a problem where I needed to talk to her it took her MONTHS to even get back !! Windsor has decided to close the trash rooms in all of their apartment buildings instead of just keeping them clean, and refuses to reduce the trash fee they charge even though they are offering less service
