Good place but has some real bad neighbours We are staying in Windsor Ridge for 2 year and still like the place overall. Especially it is close to the highways and the commerial streets. The apartment unit is small and has very limited parking lots. Can get tough for people having multiple cars or guests visiting. Recently we have noticed some thief activites around here. Since we have moved a lot of apartments before so, we are not ready to move out. But otherwise overall it is a good property.

Don't do it!! Deposit, forget about it!!! We were in the process of moving and decided to stay until the very last day of the month because we didn't want to forfeit the deposit. We cleaned the apartment, but had some stains on the carpet. Everything else was fine, normal wear and tear. They took $450 out of $500 because they felt like it. They listed items like 6 gallons of paint, installing new tiles because they're renovating. Normal things at I shouldn't pay for. On top of that we got the check in 6 weeks(ca state law sa... read more

Wonderful complex When I first moved to California I lived here with a roommate in a beautiful one bedroom loft apartment. The grounds are gorgeous, there are two swimming pools and a small gym. The laundry rooms are card operated--you need to buy a laundry card from the little machine to use them. Much easier than keeping coins around! The office staff and office manager are great and have always been nice to me. Maintainence is prompt and helpful. It's also nearby Caltrain as well as relatively close to El Camino Real wher... read more

Scary place to live at – I used to live in Apt unit #620 before I had found out from my surrounding neighbors regarding the hauntings. I moved into this Apt the Spring of 2000, but didn't stay for the whole 12 months contract that I first signed. I left mid-February prior to moving in because I found out for myself that Windsor Ridge literally refused to notify me regards to the haunting of a family of 3. Apparently, a year and half before I moved in, there was this family of 3. The wife was a stay at home mother/wife lookin... read more
