Rarely when you are having a good day does it get any better. Except for today when we wandered into Windsor, as a last resort really, to solve a minor but irritating problem. And who should appear but Barry who did not know us from Adam. The man bent over backwards to do us a kindness. A rare individual who worked with the client (us) and cared about our problem.
