I recently had a fantastic customer service experience at Windsor Plywood, thanks to Jordan and Kira and as well the gentleman that cut the wood. I had a complaint regarding some wood I had purchased. When I brought it to their attention, Jordan and everyone else were all incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on finding a resolution. Every small project I've ever had for basic woodworking etc, I've come here. I'm in no way a handy guy, but they're always helpful and every stop has been quick and easy with lots of great advice. Highly recommend, give them your business
A representative at the counter told me there is not really any discounts for contractors. I was told that windsor plywood locations all set their own pricing. I called a Windsor plywood in South Edmonton and their products were on average, half the price of this store. I will not be back!!!
I really like the Leduc Windsor Plywood. Friendly and helpful staff and great selection. My goto for hard woods, softwoods, and specialty items like cedar decking
