First try at Windsor and came here for a door job. Long story short, exceptional customer service. Will go back here and recommend to my contractor friends.
Super helpful and quick. Got some Armadillo deck boards at end of season clearance price, in the spring! Browsed the store and saw they had a great selection of live end wood as well.
I recently had a fantastic customer service experience at Windsor Plywood, thanks to Jordan and Kira and as well the gentleman that cut the wood. I had a complaint regarding some wood I had purchased. When I brought it to their attention, Jordan and everyone else were all incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on finding a resolution.
