You will end up paying for bogus charges if you rent from this ghetto and unprofessional complex. My apartment flooded 3 times because they did not take the time or money to properly insulate the lines.

Don’t move into this place!! The people that run Windsor Place Apartments are Big Assets LLC. Performance Management and they are pure crooks trying to squeeze every penny out of you. If you do decide to move in, please take pictures of every square inch of that old apartment building. I mean all the walls at close detail, all the trim, inside all of the drawers, inside the cabinets, and I mean every inch. When we moved out, they hit us up for everything.
