I’ve never lived here but I have had experiences with management and I concur with everything that’s been said about them. Property manager is extremely loud, rude and obnoxious. Assistant is a flat out liar. I went into the office multiple times and spoke with her. Apparently, she never gave the manager my messages, so when I finally got the manager on the phone and began to tell her that I had been trying to reach her for months, she began to yell at me like I was her kid and blamed me for something I didn’t do. Previous manager is back here. She tells residents business to other residents. Not knowing who knows who. Every time you call in a complaint or work order she proceeds to tell you what she would do instead of getting the issue fixed. Not sure what she is up to being that she was gone prior to returning for whatever reason but now she has came back asking for things outside of lease terms. Gate box broke. They don’t pressure wash. Trash everywhere. Courtesy officer untrustworthy tells residents where complaints come from. Cars with flat tires no tags taking up spaces in parking lots. Went up on rent. Very rude assistant manager and charges up to $25 for door keys and post office box keys.

Rent increased but they don’t keep property up. Used to be nice but not lately. Old cars with no tags 4 flats taking up space close to walkway. Breezeways with grease stains on stairs. Maintenance don’t wash breezeways or buildings. Buildings have green dirt on them. No new flowers planted since property was built. Unattended kids leaving trash under breezeways and parking spaces.
