The place is now under new management and we are working to fix the place up
I was there three years ago. It was horrible there was a horrible roach problem. And a severe bed bug infestion.so bad when my cousin stayed the night he got bit everywhere his whole body was covered. And the roaches were everywhere. And sewage was everywhere nasty sewage. the owner did not give a care about the place. That's why I'm gone.
John the new manager has been really helpful with my moving experience. The maintance guy is very respectful an they make sure you have wat you need in your apt. They even have carbon monoxide detecters in your apt. I cant wait to get settled in, an see the new things there bringing to these apts. I would definitely recommend the college creek apts!! Great job guys. You really turn the place around.
