Absolutely horrible and disrespectful staff. My mother lived there for a couple years and unfortunately passed away in her apartment. When I went to ask the situation about the apartment ie rent and a time frame to clean the apartment out and no one would talk to me even though I was listed as an emergency contact. Then the next day they called the family demanding we get the apartment cleaned out and only allowing 14 days from the time of my mother’s death during business hours to do so.
