My daughter and I are new and were in the leasing office receiving our key fobs to the gym. We inquired about putting in a maintenance order, just like that, all issues we had were impressively memorized. It could not have been easier. Maintenance arrived faster than expected and very professional. “Max”, wore the shoe coverings and was very thorough, correcting what may have been a past tenants attempt at fixing something themselves. maintenance sucks!!!!! They don’t come on time, they just pop up. No heads up, even when you put in the request you don’t want anyone coming in. While not home. They still come in anyway! Yesterday they came by and fixed my shower. Told me I had to wait 24 hours until I’m able to use again. Here it is past 24 hours. (26 going on 27 hours) to be exact. And still have not arrived. I even specified to them, I have to work. And wasn’t able to use shower lastnight. This is an inconvenience honestly.
The maintenance crew does an awesome job keeping up the property and maintenance issues. They are very quick to respond and address any concern. Dani A. has especially done a great job with painting all the doors for all the buildings and keeping things looking like new!
