Everyone was amazing and kind, made us feel at home and made it easy to understand what we had to do to get ready. All the staff I encountered were super polite
11pm on a Sunday and have no hot water, called maintenance and they came right then and fixed the problem, so grateful for a hard working team!!! Thanks again 5 stars
