I would not recommend this apartment at all. People me cars were broken into while we were there. The police were constantly being called to the parking lot. Our apartment repeatedly leaked into our carpet causing mold to grow our carpet/under the bed and in the closet. No matter how often we cleaned it would leak and begin again. The maintenance man stated it was the gutters but it was obviously a foundation problem.
