Whew wee, one of the residents who lives there babysits for me. Usually she comes to my place but over the holidays I needed to leave the kiddos there. Never again, the place is so full of pot smoke and cigarette smoke! I think every apartment dweller was blazing, my sitter said it was legal now and allowed so not much she can do! I seen them vaping in the hall and I think I smelled meth or cat hoarding. Cheap sitter not worth the risks. This place has caught fire a few times too. I was denied an apartment here due to having some student loans I'd defaulted on 30 years ago. I think it was something they "made up" because I am black. This is a very racist city and they can't put on a denial it was because of your race, so they find some other reason. I am sure most of the residents here have something on their credit reports. Low income folks typically have a few credit issues otherwise they wouldn't be here. I am thinking about filing a suit for discrimination.

Windsor Place is a community of elderly and disabled individuals. it is not an assisted living facility. just an independently living couples or individuals. economical Life Style for people of limited income
